# How To Make It:
- In a large pitcher, mix freshly squeezed lemon juice with granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add cold water to the pitcher and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For each fruit syrup, combine chopped fruit, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 10 minutes while lightly mashing the fruit to release juices.
- Strain the cooked fruit mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a jar or bottle and discard the solids. Cool the syrup completely before use.
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a simmer, stirring until dissolved. Remove from heat, add fresh mint leaves, and steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Set up the beverage dispenser with classic lemonade. Arrange all flavor syrups in labeled jars or bottles. Provide garnishes, ice, and glasses for serving.
- Pour lemonade into a glass, add ice, and stir in 1–2 tablespoons of preferred syrup. Garnish with lemon slice or mint sprig as desired.
